OYO Sonora Hotel

Dirty rooms and staff were lazy. Not recommended for family.

They didn't accepted booking from OYO. The rooms were not clean. The washroom is also not well manged. Did not even provide WiFi.

I stayed for one night in room 102.very bad experience.old model ac without remote.luckily my mobile was mi which has infrared so used my mobile. Rest room too old.for fooding better to go outside to eat yourself as no restaurant in hotel.no parking for cars.don't go via booking.they will not accept your booking and charge 1000 per night.

Worst hotel in the city, bad behaviour of the manager coupled with dirty room n ghostly vibes, please do not waste your money and time here.

Wrost room in this city, cleaning, management is very poor washroom is very poor condition

Worst experience ever had with OYO. The first hotel we had booked in Dhanbad refused to tske us. Then the second one also said that the price offered was wrong. So, finally we had to pay extra and take rooms. The rooms in Dhanbad and Netarhat were of poor quality, no warm water, toilets not comfortable, food also mediocre. Overall a bad experience at both places. I will never go for OYO any more.

I don't prefer you to come in this hotel but if you tell them that you want big room they will give you this room 104 but don't take this because when you flush your western toilet all water will come out and very slow water coming from tap if you open tap for 15 mins then you will get 1 bucket water , There is TV but no tv connection, there is ac but not working , fans are dirty when u complain staff about tv , water they will excuse you there is cable network issue and there is some problem in pipe for water . Bedsheet and not washed . I didn't expect this from an Oyo Hotel . There is Wifi Named Sonora First and Password is ( sonora@12345 ) very slow wifi .

Third class hotel. Don't go. Owner is third class minded. Never visit this place. I have a horrible experience.
