Vioray Inn

Service is very slow ,you have to 20 min for 1 water bottle. Except this all the things are good. We have a wonderful stay in this hotel.

Went there for lunch. So cant say about room. It has lift. Restaurant is in second floor. Had non veg chinese sizzler, which is delicious. But they used cabbage leaf instead of lettuce. shredded chicken were missing in fried rice as well as chowmein. Only 4 boneless pc of chilly chicken were given. Quantity is sumptuous for one. Can be shared by two when other items are ordered along with. Murg tikka butter masala is also good in taste. Cleanliness can be improved with careful observations. Polite staff.

Excellent service, Entire staff are excellent. No word to express my feelings. People are very honest Namely Asis, sanotas etc etc

Golden Ram served well along withe the receptnist Ashiah Mishra and Santosh Kr are excellent

Vioray Inn is a really nice place to stay, getting a four-star rating overall. Firstly, the rooms there are great. They're modern, comfy, and clean, with everything you need. The bathrooms are nice too. Next up, the service is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything you need during your stay. They're quick to respond and make sure you're happy. Lastly, the location is perfect. It's easy to get around to nearby places, like restaurants and attractions. Plus, it's in a peaceful area with nice views. So, all in all, Vioray Inn is a top choice for a good stay. The rooms are comfy, the service is great, and the location is convenient.

Everything was good but the most important thing was customer service and management was not at all good. We booked Vioray for our wedding and on the wedding day itself that did not take care of anything and instead disconnected the electricity without even informing in the middle of the function. The receptionist was very rude and did not even take care of guests reaching out there. Because of their behaviour we had to leave Vioray in 1 day itself even after pre booking of 2 days. 3 star is just for their rooms and locality, else I would not prefer giving even 1 star.

Mr. Jagarnath Kumar was our server, and he was most polite and helpful. Even the little demands such as only cucumber and carrots in the salad were taken care of. Really appreciated it, and will definitely visit again when in town !

Food was quite average. Eating paneer Tikka was like eating paneer simply, no tandoor taste, no spices nothing just bland Ambience was not that good. Service was too bad.
