Rates r super high , Dirty sheets, kettle promised not given , pathetic services. Even towels were given after 10 times of asking n scolding only 1 soap given . Dirty table . I'll nt recommend . Huge disappointment.

I stayed along with my family for 2 days in Apr 23. The following reasons for poor rating: 1. Not enough service boys at hotel. You need to follow up plenty of times for a request. 2. Room and toilet not maintained. 3. Common wall between two toilets. It occurs foul smells and sound. 4. Poor drainage system in the toilet. Stagnant water in the basin. 5. Extreme unprofessional hotel staffs. 6. The hotel restaurant serves Alu paratha only throughout the day. That's the only dish available breakfast to dinner. However many options mentioned in the menu card. 7. Slow internet. Not every receptionist is aware of the WiFi password. 8. By considering Jharkhand's horrible electricity, the power backup is not good at hotel. They couldn't provide me the invoice receipt due to power cut. Ideally computer and printer should be always operational despite power cut. 9. There is no electric kettle in the room. So not possible to boil water also. 10. Since only dish Alu paratha available in the kitchen, I requested at reception if they can cook Maggie for my son who is 3.5 yrs old. I would only purchase Maggie packet and expectation was they would cook for us in the kitchen. But they denied to do so. So the hotel is not at all kids friendly. 11. Jarring sound from fan. Sleeps interrupted due to this noice. There are many more. I would not recommend this hotel until the actions are taken on the above points by the management.

I don't know why some of the reviews are "Extra pampering." Hotel infrastructure is good but the hospitality service is too bad. Till 9 AM no one is available in reception. Tried to talk to manager, but the number was switched off. I personally never recommend any one. I suggest the management to take care of hospitality service, because guests pay you for service. I wish the management will look over it.

The most third class hotel you would ever find in Deoghar. Absolutely disgusting & horrible staffs. They are non cooperative as hell. If you want to waste money you can go there.. It was an absolute horrible experience for us. Hotel bathrooms are dirty. no arrangement of generators. Electric keeps on tripping. Wifi speed is of 2G a network. We were made to change the room many times. They intentionally disconnected our power supply. We had to face a lot of difficulties since we did go there with our families and a 7 months old baby.. Shame Shame Shame...

They had the worst quality of food as well as their staff is unsupportive. Their room was smelling badly and their staff was very lethargic and didn't want to fix the problem.

The rooms were top class with great facilities and the staff were super helpful but the food was a bit late but was very tasty. Would ten out of ten recommend this hotel for family men.

Parking space was sufficient but was not fully functional. Restaurant was also not functional. Room and bathroom was good and spacious. Pathetic place if you are looking for service. Just for stay it ia ok. Till 9 AM no one at Kitchen n Restaurant. Manager's number is switched off.

Absolutely disgusting room service. Dirty bathrooms. No water service available. For drinking water you will have to buy mineral water & that too with more than the MRP. Horribly bad behaviour of the reception. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A NO STAY HOTEL.
