OYO 45094 Hotel Madhu Complex

Located at vip chowk, budget friendly hotel.

Bad experience. Rooms where small and look like a brothel as curtains are put outside the rooms. It is more of a 0 star lodge then Hotel.. there were many complications. Firstly the hotel has a dirty filthy restaurant in the entrance. The restaurant staff were unaware of what they cook, all flour thrown about and unhygienic cooking place. I asked for tea they were staring at each other like I told them to clean. That it self shows how good this place is. We ate out.The rooms had linen stained with dirty spots some looked like semen or urine stains. We were a family of 4 people and 1 kid..they Gave us 1 towel per rooom for use that too looked like it had been cleaned in a drain. The floors had dirt in them from the bathroom window, neighbour building everything would be busy looking on. ..the only thing I liked was that goibibo when I complained the hotel staff immediately came asking what needed to be done. 1 more important thing if you are traveling with seniors citizen dont book this place even by mistake as there is no lift and the staircase has all window acs fitted in so all wet. The rooms if ac working can't use geyser and vis versa. Overall it was hell for staying as all other hotels booked so could not even change.

It was an utter shock for me to be at this place,the most unfortunate thing's even in remote areas like Tarapith & Atla the hotels have a better service ,cleanliness & food quality in comparison this hotel with this price.I really have to be vigilant next time to find.a hotel at a reasonable price next time in Deoghar.It's more a 3rd class lodge than a hotel.

I was here on 30 Dec 2019. As a cold night this was highly uncomfortable for a couple with 2 children to sleep in a single blanket. Thanks to wife who carried 2 blanket with her from home. Very expensive room as per services and quality. Dont stay, there are many more options.

It's okay but they don't have wifi, or parking even though it is written on their online profile and stickers inside the hotel. TV was also not working in one of the rooms we stayed at. No lift and they gave us rooms at 3rd floor.

This is why I just hate OYO. I had booked my room 1 week prior my stay. And after a long day travel, when I came here, the hotel staff just denied my stay and said this to me very rudely - "We keep our offline customers at first priority, and since it's rush time from 2 days we gave them the room, and we don't have any room for you. Please look somewhere else". And yeah, I had made the payment as well in advance

Nice room late service confirm after ordering food before delivery baki sab tik hain toilet Indian or western sab tik hain

It's in nice location,but service and facility need improvement.
