Mastiff Select Medha Plaza, Deoghar

We had a terrific stay at Mastiff. The entire vibe was amazing. The place is very tastefully done. The rooms and bathrooms are big, spacious and very clean. The food was very tasty albeit a bit pricey compared to nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great steal with a very good spread. Each dish was very well prepared and we have no complaints about the food! The entire staff was icing on the cake. They always ensured that we were very well taken care of. And always helped us out in the littlest things. More than what they did, what appealed to us the most was how polite and caring they were to us in our interactions. Vicky who served us during the stay was in particular very helpful. Lots of gratitude to him and to the entire team for making the stay such a wonderful experience.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel and booked three rooms, one premium and two deluxe. All rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and they provided all necessary amenities. The restaurant was also great, with delicious food, though the rice preparation could be improved. What stood out most was the outstanding service from the staff, who were all incredibly polite and helpful. In particular, Prayas, who assisted us during our booking process, was always ready to help with a smile whenever we needed anything. His politeness and willingness to assist made our stay even more pleasant, and we truly appreciated his efforts. A huge bonus was the airport pickup and drop-off service, which made our travel experience seamless. Our family members were extremely satisfied with the overall service. We also had a wonderful experience with the driver, Chandrashekhar, who was very friendly, and Anmol, the travel coordinator, who helped for sightseeing. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and the excellent service. We will definitely return and choose this hotel again for its hospitality and the wonderful staff.

Went for a day and was skeptical but trust me this is the best hotel in Deoghar, very very impressed with the hotel property, the food is top notch. I can't believe that a hotel will have such a great service from all aspects. Not just that Prayash, who is at the reception was of great help and assistance. People like him made our stay safe and all the more exciting.

It was an awesome experience staying here.all staffs are very cooperative.the food is delicious and breakfast buffet offers everything you need for a satisfying meal.the property is excellent.

Absolutely fantastic property! I stayed in their suite which is very reasonably priced. There are ample amenities in the room. Service is very prompt and quite meticulous. The food is amazing. The breakfast buffet is very good too. I loved their noodles preparations, dosas, chutneys, Chinese chicken dishes etc. My only point to pick is the lack of a gymnasium! I was told that they'd be adding the same soon. I believe only then will the property would be complete! Highly recommended for a comfortable stay during your visit to Babadham Deoghar

Best amenities and services at this price point. Great rooms and clean washrooms. Staff starting from guards, waiters, receptionist etc.were very polite and helpful. Food quality was very good with good variety. Highly recommended.
