Hotel Saurabh International

First of all I shall like to ask the cleartrip management do you tie up with hotels just to do ur work or to give customers also some satisfaction while they stay outside . I am a very frequent traveller and I mostly do all my booking through makemytrip, this is the first time I hav bokked through u and my experience was terrible no other word can be suited here I think and I hav decided this is my first and last association with u .I booking was from 27th I reached in the morning there was no one in the reception no rooms vacant at last at around 4 pm they managed to give a room to me the condition ws worst then a hotel of Rs 500 also. I hav enquired in the nearby there are so many hotel much below the rate u hav charged with much better facilities. Corridores are dirty with almost no visibility , no lock in the bathroom (room no 202) , The walls are totally damp, current goes off every half and hour and most surprisingly they dont start the generators inspite of having it only after threatening them of going to police the do so . During the powercut the rooms are totally dark as there is no window or balcony attached to the ac rooms and u need to open the door so that some lights comes inside .If u see the entrance of the room u will feel u hav come to a slum they dont hav a proper slab through which customers can enter the hotel . Even remember that one of the online customers whose booking was confirmed came at around 11 pm and they were told that they dont hav any room vacant and they went to the police station and brought the police to the hotel to resolve the dispute . |My only point is u rate urself as one of the best travel associate but i rate u as the worst ever travel associate I hav ever seen in my life and because of ur this type of activity and association u will be loosing your customers in days to come. |PL NOTE THAT FOR ALL ALLEGATION I HAV WRITTEN IN THE REVIEW I HAV DOCUMENTS WITH ME (I HAV SNAPS OF ALL) .I THOUGHT THERE WILL BE A ATTACHMENT CHANCE WHERE I CAN UPLOAD THE SNAP.

Give the the room after cleaning the cobwebs, Fan very slow , a desert cooler required. Dark corridores. How ever location is very good. A fair sight seeing plan with location and distance for the visitors would be a very helpful.| |

If you want to saty near the deoghar market and Baba mandir then this place is perfect for you, but just keep it in mind that this hotel has not so much space, like parking and all. But room rate is ok like 500-600rs for non AC rooms. It is not so good option but not so bad option also... It is just like average.

Nice location, spaciousness rooms, friendly staffs, laundry service, situated at the heart of the town , all rooms are double, but problem is not maintain properly, need to renovations works, nain features are cleanliness, homely atmosphere, t.v rooms , news papers available

This is the most worst hotel I have seen in my life. It is overpriced. The condition of the rooms are so bad that even the Street Beggers will not dare to stay in the Hotel free of cost. We booked for 4 days but stayedonly 1 night. The only good thing is that there is a Hospital near by the Hotel.|Nanu | | | |

Though the position of the hotel is in central place, but never dwelt in a hotel room worse than this one. Following points are to be noted|1. Mattress quality very bad|2. No hot water |3 .No curtain in 3rd floor room.|4. Room service or management is so so after complaints.||

Prime location rate was economical Service was good

Hotel is going under renovation. Even though location is prime, but building was un maintenaned.
