Hotel Relax

Never book this hotel even u get free..This hotel doesn't deserve a star rating. Whole hotel ran out of water today.. Guest started complain then they give one bucket water. It's been 2 hours in the morning and people are searching for water. Their motor couldn't supply water to all the rooms. Rook Landline also not working They don't give drinking water, bathing soap also. Water crisis will be severe in Summer.

Attended this place during a family function. We had taken few rooms to our guests and stayed here for 3 nights. Customer service is bit slow, however they are very receptive to comments and suggestions. Mostly ran by matured staff and they were always well spoken and ready to help. Need to pick up their game in quick response to guests requests. Food is top notch! Location of the hotel is good, about 10 mins auto ride to the Babadham temple. I would definitely recommend people to be here if they are looking for reasonable pricing and above par services.

An extremely homely stay in the city of Deoghar, walking distance from Baba Baidyanath ji temple. Reasonably priced rooms, very comfortable. Service is good as well.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life.Rooms are not at all hygienic.The blankets are not cleaned and we get the used one full of dust and stain.Mattresses are such that it doesn't even fit the bed and extra mattress which they gave felt like it's an old blanket.I checked in with my elder brother,father and mother.Would never recommended this hotel.

Best location to stay at Deoghar, very polite staff. Cleaniness 5 star. I stay during December 2024 always suggest to stay.

Stay in Hotel is comfortable with mind and body relaxing. Customer care, cleanliness and hygiene standard found moderatory good. Hotel Staff possess cheerful deposition. Big T.V. Screen attracts attention. ||Additionally, light instrumental music at Reception shall be pleasurable.

The hotel is neat and clean and situated in a prime location 600mtr to the Baba's temple.Staff's behaviour found good. Family restaurant with room service available. You can find street foods also near by the hotel. During my stay I found power cut many times, safety of lifts working during power cut. Only found the sliding door near the lobby found malfunctioning a safety concern for elderly person crossing.Space available for parking, I preferred this hotel bcz it's popular and situated roadside.

Hotel Relax is one of the most trusted hotels in Devghar. I have been staying in this hotel since more than a decade and have never faced any issue. Staffs are very polite and the ambience of hotel is very peaceful.
