Hotel Raj & Restaurant

Price is high according to rooms 1500 ,it should be 1 to 1200 . Parking would be difficult if you have a car ,not well staff . Rooms are good ,service is good ,food is also good Except the parking ,don't park in their basement you might get scratches and room traffic is very high

Various points i have - would like to bring the rude behavior exhibited by the restaurant staff. As a customer, I believe in respectful and courteous service, and unfortunately, the demeanor of the restaurant staff fell short of these expectations. Proper training and reminders about the importance of exceptional customer service would greatly contribute to a more positive dining experience for guests. They were ready to fight with customers. It was unexpected and inconvenient to be asked for cash payments, as most hotels offer a variety of payment options, including credit cards.

Nice Property. Location is also good. Rooms are clean. Overall Good Hotel for stay .

On 29th Dec 2021 at 5 PM, I Checked in this hotel in room no 303. Proportionate to city standard charges was standard but no facilities, no service. Even after repeated demand for mineral water from 9 to 11. They didn't provide finally for kids, I went outside hotel and bought myself. Very little number of staffs are there and they were involved in attending ladies guests. No hot water in bathroom, nothing. Overall, it was very bad experience to stay here. I won't recommend.

The rooms are good, but there service is pathetic. Nobody cares for what you ask for, they seem to be extremely busy. The AC suddenly stopped working, we asked them to fix it , they said ok they are doing it then no one turned up at all. The lift was out of order most of the time and we had to climb upto the 3rd floor all the time we went outside. Although the food was good and reasonable, but there also evryone seemed to be in a hurry, just to order our food for 6 people we had to make 5 calls ( they hanged up after every single dish they heard off ) . Overall it's a nice property at a prime location but the staff seriously needs to behave themselves and given proper training!!

Nice decent hotel . The hotel is near the Temple and also the location is good. The rooms are spacious with attached bathroom. The bathroom is very big with all the necessary fittings. All the rooms have AC, TV, Sofa, Wardrobe and good bed. The hotel is providing wi-fi facility and it is working with good speed, at least for mobiles. The room service was prompt and responsible. The hotel has in house restaurant serving veg and non veg food. Check in and check out are smooth. For me and my family It was very comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall nice experience.

I am currently staying in this hotel. I must say, very poor service: 1)I ordered the food, it took around 2 hours and that too i have to call them 3 times 2)Wifi not working, i asked them the password and tried several time, bt couldnt connect 3)A big hotel and they dont have water cooler or not working, especially during in summer, we faced problem as not everyone prefer mineral water 4)Landline not working, and there is no separate number for Restaurant.only common number. 5)We asked them to Activate Sony channel,they failed doing that.. We are paying them money, bt they are not meeting the expectations!! Its a humble request to hotel owner, plz look into it
