*Comfortable Stay with Good Service at Mahadev Palace, Deoghar* My parents recently stayed at Mahadev Palace, Deoghar, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient for pilgrims visiting Baba Baidyanath Temple and other attractions in the city. Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was hygienic with a proper supply of hot water. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the rooms tidy. Service & Hospitality: The staff was courteous and cooperative, ensuring that all needs were addressed promptly. Room service was fairly quick, and the front desk was responsive to queries. My parents appreciated the polite and helpful attitude of the hotel staff. Food & Dining: The hotel has an in-house restaurant, and the food quality was decent. Hygiene was maintained. Amenities & Improvements: The hotel provides basic amenities, but there is scope for improvement. If they enhance these aspects, it would significantly improve the guest experience. Absolutely Disgusting and Horrible Service - Avoid at All Costs! I had an extremely disturbing experience at this hotel. To my shock and disgust, I found a cockroach in the food served to me. This clearly reflects the appalling level of hygiene they maintain in their kitchen and overall premises. What made it worse was the staff's stubborn and careless attitude. Despite repeatedly requesting to speak with a manager or supervisor, no one bothered to address the issue. I was told the manager wasn't available - highly unprofessional and irresponsible in the face of such a serious complaint. There was no apology, no accountability, and absolutely no concern shown for guest safety or satisfaction. This was not just disappointing; it was outright disgusting and unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place unless you're okay with risking your health and being treated with total indifference.

Very nice hotel.we had stayed here in April for mundan program nitish ji was taking care personally each all requirement.food was awesome rooms also comfortable and neat & cleaned .

The hotel is very good for stay and food .we have enjoyed a lot.food and service was very nice.Mr.Nitish arranged neat and cleaned rooms for my parents .he also arranged pandit for darshan , transportation etc .nitish ji was monitoring all operations and each guest stay happy and smooth . We highly recommend for all guests.

We have stayed in this hotel for 01 nights in the hotel .location and service is very good .The room were spacious and cleaned .Buffet breakfast was very good.i really want to thank Mr.Nitish Roy for his guidance during my stay .rooms jas large window .

Rooms are quite old and need repairing. Not as good as the 3000 price range compared to other hotels in the same city or different city.

We had excellent stay at hotel Mahadev Palace deoghar.the rooms were clean and spacious .Mr.Nitish Rai ji (General Manager of hotel ) was very helpfull.and Rai ji arranged our stay , baidyanath darshan etc . breakfast spread was good and service was excellent.must try chess cake .

Rooms are bit dark and have low voltage lights. Room ventilation is ok if you open the gallery door. Restaurant food is good. But service is really slow. Overall staff is cooperative and welcoming to the guest. Baidaynath temple is 7 mins drive from the hotel. Local e rikshaw is easily available from the hotel.
