Hotel I-TOWNe' (unit of Hotel Shivam International)

It was a great stay at Hotel I-Towne. It is located on the main road and around 2 km from Baba Baidyanath mandir. Totos are easily available to commute to nearby places. All basic amenities like TV, wardrobe, AC etc are provided. Also there were attached balconies with 2 of our rooms. The rooms were spacious and room services were also very prompt. There is also an AC restaurant at the top floor of the hotel. The prices are a bit on the higher side but the food quality is good. There is also buffet breakfast available for 250. We ordered Chole Bhature for breakfast and it was delicious . Just there is some delay in service and may need to wait more than half and hour after placing your order.

It was very pleasant stay with I-Town, It was very close to baba Vaidyanath tample. Every staff was very good specially Shanti. We got delayed for our breakfast but she put effort and arrange breakfast for us. Will must visit again and stay again.

Worst experience in the history of my hotel bookings. On 12th April 25 I booked room for two night stays for 13th- 15th April. On reaching the hotel, they claimed of having cancelled the booking from their end as no rooms were available. However no such cancelled was initiated by cleartrip. Being a solo female traveller I had to roam around on the streets at night searching for other options but it took me around 1.5 hours to find another decent room as mostly all the hotels there were fully booked. This was the first time I booked hotel from cleartrip ( usually I do it from MakeMyTrip) and that was my biggest mistake. I don't know who was at fault here( Hotel or cleartrip) but I was the one who had to suffer because of the mistake.

We stayed there for 2 days and booked 2 different rooms one was Deluxe and another one was Premium. Location is on the main road and around 2 km from Baba Baidyanath mandir. Battery Rikshaw are easily available to commute to nearby places. All basic amenities like TV, wardrobe, AC etc are provided. The rooms were spacious and room services were also very prompt. The food prices are a bit on the higher side but the food quality is good but they took a long time for preparation of the food.

Great hotel with great service and location. Spending money on this hotel is Worth it. The rooftop Kitchen/ restaurant is beautiful and foods are delicious. Room and bathroom are very clean and spacious.

Good hotel with good service, especially the front office managers Mrs Shanti and Mr Amit singh Rajput were very good and helpful and extremely soft spoken. Looking forward to another stay very soon.

Very good hotel. Room was great. Service was great. Food quality and quantity was good. Taste good. Strongly recommended. Early check in rate is high. Otherwise price is reasonable.

It was a highly disappointing experience. The restaurant clearly struggles to handle a large crowd. The service was extremely poor, with no sense of urgency or proper coordination among the staff. What was most frustrating was the wait time -- it took over 2 to 3 hours to get our food, which is unacceptable. By the time the food arrived, we had lost our appetite. The staff offered no apologies or updates during the wait.
