Hotel Ganga Palace

The place is quite close to the baidyanath temple. Nice rooms. Co-operative and well behaved staff. Convenience is easily available from this place. The tea shop at the corners serves nice tea.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ganga Palace. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staffs are welcoming and it is walking distance to Baba Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga.

No body would be available to listen after you did all payment..so i would suggest don't pay full amount at the time of check in.. specially don't order food from the hotel which they have tie up with one restaurant.Yes room was ok.

We went as a group of 6 and got the rooms on the 4th floor which were constructed only 6 months ago as told to us by the hotel manager. Rooms were clean but the commodes in the washrooms had old stains despite being only 6 months old, which clearly meant that they were not cleaned well. Be careful of rats! There was a big rat which came out at night or when the room was vacant, and ate all our snacks and fruits. The hotel is ok for a short stay if you just need to visit the temples and spend less time at the hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. There is no phone in the rooms and you need to call the staff directly on their numbers to get serviced. The entrance to the hotel is a narrow passage way but the hotel is overall okay in the budget category. The temple is just a 5-10 min walk from the hotel which is a huge advantage. The hotel has no parking of its own. You need to use a private parking beside the hotel and pay Rs 100 per day per vehicle for it.

Good and nice hotel in Shivganga muhalla. There are both AC and non-Ac rooms available and are within budget. The staff are friendly and the receptionist was good. They provided us with a blanket and fresh water upon arrival. However, they didn't provide us with toiletries, etc except hand wash. But within 1000 bucks that's ok. They even helped us in extending our stay when our train was late. Location wise it's 5 min walk from the temple and if you hire an auto they will take you to the nearest attraction. It was a pleasant and nice stay. Thank you.

This hotel is conveniently located at a walkable distance of 5 minutes from the Main Baba Dham Jyotirlinga Temple. Rooms were neat and clean with proper bedding and blankets. Definitely recommended for Family and Group of Friends. Go for it. Parking could be an issue for people with their own vehicle.

Went there in 2018. Rooms, washroom are good, though not well maintained & proper cleaning. Room services are 3rd class. But amongst all, staffs are thieves in disguise. When some of our tour companions went outside, few of their staffs entered there room & stole wallets, cameras. After complaining to the local police station, they taken money/% of share. No action taken against them & showed reluctant approach towards that case. Said "it's accidentally happened, you came here to roam this place please visit this area & go back home safely, why this nuisance creating?"
