Hotel Ekta International

Pleasant Stay! This was my first stay at Ekta International and it was fine. This hotel is located very close to the East entrance of Baidyanath Mandir Prangan and in a fairly convenient area of Deoghar, which made the commute relatively easy. The front desk staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Their approach was friendly and engaging, yet they provided the necessary information without being overbearing or intrusive. The first floor room I stayed in was adequately sized and clean. I found the bed to be reasonably comfortable, though the pillows were a bit lumpy to my liking. In terms of amenities, the room was basic (we took the premium category), but functional at the same time. The room was equipped with a TV with a decent selection of channels, a desk, as well as a coffee maker. Air conditioning worked well. I liked the bathroom, the towels that were provided, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. I found the breakfast options to be limited and the quality of the food to be average. There was generally an acceptable level of noise, although I could hear some sounds of the traffic which was ok, not too much. The check-out process was also straightforward. On the whole, I found my stay at the Ekta International to be perfectly adequate for the needs I had. In case you are looking for a stay that is close to Baidyanath Mandir Prangan, this is a great option. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service. Restaurant veeru & Anjali were very service oriented and served with a smile. Breakfast buffet has a wide spread and good quality. The rooms were very clean and value for money. Recommend people visiting temple stay here walking distance.

The staff and ambience is awesome. Had a wonderful stay in Babadham. The restaurant food was amazing. Would definitely recommend it to fellows and family. The room was clean and they maintain a good hygiene around.The staff behavior was realy good.

Very Comfortable Stay, at walking distance to temple, everyone is very polite and professional. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Overall value for money. This place is very clean and maintains a very high level of sanitization. Satisfied with this stay.

The hotel management and staff is pretty unsatisfactory. They have no value for customers with their attitudes being totally unacceptable. None of them had a warm approach to our concerns and issues. The managers were obnoxiously rude. They were extremely unprofessional and did not care for your accommodation. They provide basic amenities after you ask for it, which are usually given. Would not suggest this hotel for a peaceful stay. The rooms are very small and not upto standards.
