CHOCOLATE INN EXPRESS DEOGHAR

Rooms are very good for the price range. But I have issues with Service, Location and Food Menu. Service is not good enough. Last evening, they took almost 2 hours to serve the dinner. It's located in an alley. Nothing is nearby. Even for a shop, you have to walk for 10 minutes. Food menu is very limited. Only 10-15 items are available. But there are few things which are good. Very good rooms for this price range. Very strong internet reception.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Chocolate Inn Express, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone for my visit. This was the most unprofessional hotel experience I've ever had. When I wanted to check out, there was no one at the front desk or even to open the main door. I had to wait for more than an hour just for someone to show up and let me out. This is completely unacceptable! A hotel should have basic staff availability, especially at checkout time. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Terrible service!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Worst hotel in town ....staffs are miserable...worst place for may banquet or any ring ceremony...pls I suggest you never book any place ...food were not enough as told earlier...they didn't give snacks as written in the pamplet...overall disgusting experience..and pls confirm the food item before booking here
