We stayed for one night. The place is centrally located. The Deluxe room was quite congested though well maintained. Do ensure that the room is not adjacent to the lift duct as the lift makes lot of noise during use. The front office gave a very cold response on arrival and during check-out. Don't understand why guests are not greeted and seen off with a smile! However the food quality is too good. The breakfast spread very fulfilling and great taste. Overall - good experience.

Nice centrally located hotel. Previously known as Rameshwaram hotel. Smooth quick checkin. Large reception area. Staff courteous. Linen & bathroom need upgradation. Breakfast tasty but less variety in buffet. Hotel is near to Jyotirling.|Overall a comfortable stay

A standard hotel at a convenient location at Deoghar BUT NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT IN SERVICE AND BASIC AMENITIES / INFRASTUCTURE.. Especially bathrooms are below standard and filthy. Water in the bathroom basin is in drops. Water pressure in the pipeline is incredibly low. You will find even earthworms in the bathrooms of DELUXE ROOMS at first floor !! On top of every thing, the hotel staffs are indifferent to any issue that you will raise.

My stay at this hotel was a *very bad experience*. We came to Baidyanath Dham to offer puja, and after a long, exhausting wait in a massive crowd at the temple, we were delayed by just an hour for checkout. When we returned to the hotel, the staff treated us with utter disrespect and **charged us for an entire extra day just for the delay of 1 hour** due to the temple's long wait time due to crowd. The arrogance and unprofessional behavior of the hotel management, they took advantage of our exhaustion. This kind of exploitation is beyond unacceptable. If you value your peace of mind and want to be treated with basic human decency, **DO NOT book this hotel**. There are plenty of better options around that will treat you with respect.

The hotel is good, food is also good. But the important part, hotel staff, mainly Reception Staff is rue and arrogant. No basic manners, shouts on guests, cheat them. They are fraud persons. They behave so cheap that cannot be said. Specially a person named some Mr Amal, he has no talking sense, extremly rude, and doesnt know how to handle guests and hotel. He will make your whole trip horrible.

The hotel is near to bustling market and quite close to the temple baidyanath jyotirlinga. You can either walk or take the auto. We booked a family room and the room was clean. Sometimes the tap made irritating noise and the bedsheets didn't seem very clean. They could be better. Most of the staff is nice and helpful. In that area and that close to temple and given the city is small, this hotel was quite decent in this budget.

I recently stayed at your hotel, expecting the quality and standards associated with the Pride Hotel name. However, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the property. The bathroom was in very poor condition, and overall, the hotel seemed quite old--possibly 15-20 years or more--without proper maintenance.||Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a roadside hotel rather than what I expected from a reputed brand. I hope the management takes steps to improve the facilities and maintain the hotel to meet guests' expectations.

We stayed here for one night during our Deoghar trip. Quick checkin. Old name of hotel is Rameshwaram. Reception area nice. Stay peaceful comfortable but they need upgradation in linen & bathrooms. Staff courteous. Arranged airport drop. Hotel is centrally located near to Jyotirling. Punjabi junction is there restaurant where breakfast was served. Breakfast tasty but limited dishes. Overall good stay.
