OYO Flagship Hotel Madhuwan Heights

* Shower not working * No hot water after 10pm * No room service * Unhygienic rooms, pests spotted on floors and in bathrooms * Lift shut off after 10pm * Hotel gate closed after 10pm even during Durgapuja * Hotel says Oyo on Google but when you reach the hotel they say they don't have any relation with Oyo * Oyo and online price says 909 but I was charged 1400

This hotel opens in the year 2016, that was new and with all good support, but post Corona this hotel lost the glory, no Ac power backup during power failure, no good food neither good staff for service Location is very good. As this hotel situated at Chas and Bokaro Steel City joint, Travel communication is very good. If u plan to stay long time then not at all good, for one day business trip it is fine so far.

It is a good hotel to stay at Bokaro, located at main road you can easily connect to the transport facilities.

Pathetic, lousy room service. Door locks clumsy, geysers out of service, room service absent. Running water issues on 3rd floor. Not recommended for any kind of stay.
