Hotel The Empire Inn

Reception on 3rd floor, Rooms is also on 4th floor...lift not working. During rain rooms gets drowned. No Electricity backup when loadshedding, if for long periods you have to suffer. Very bad experience.

Very small size room. The mattress is very hard to slip. The reception is on the 3rd floor but the lift is not working. You have to climb the stairs.

All the reviews that are more than 3 months are good but now I stayed in the hotel, it was not at all good. The bathroom was dirty, the room smelled bad, no tv connection, bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets had yellow spots. Last but not the least small insects were spread all over the room due to which home lizard are available in the room which is scary for my kid and spouse. Bed experience.

The room was good, but tv was not working in the room

Owner is very rude and very bad behaviour

1 -ve aspect: inhouse food not made here as of yet. has to be ordered thru swiggy instead.

We stayed there for 5days and nights. Everything ok except food service.

The rooms were good and the staffs were also polite.
