Hotel Shifa Manor

I was disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff seemed reluctant to provide basic amenities like water, soap, and shampoo, making me feel like I was asking for a favor. When I requested these essentials daily, they responded by saying other guests don't ask for them every day. The rooms were also not well-maintained. The air conditioning units were outdated window ACs, the exhaust fan doesn't work. The TV is useless, it's just a black box; wifi range is also very poor, 50% light bulb also kept for showing only. Given that Rungta accounts for 90% of their business, I expect better treatment for Rungta's guests. The hotel should prioritize providing quality service and amenities to retain their primary clientele.

I wish ...I could give a zero ratings to this hotel...staffs were looking with a dirty gaze.. I went to spend quality times with my frnds ..but we weren't feeling comfortable Disappointed with staffs otherwise meal was good

I wish i could give zero star for hospitality and service.. 2800 for room smaller than hostel rooms , tv doesnt work, reception doesnt have a number , room phone doesnt work and you have to call someone's mobile for even the smallest of things.. and room cleaning takes hours that too no one to mend the bed and change bedsheet / towels, only sweepers ! They will not provide you with cutlery because you havent ordered food from their restaurant.... this was the first for any hotel/lodge in my history of travelling .. very ill-mannered and unprofessional ..

It is a nice place to stay. Food is very good. The price is affordable. Rooms are good.

For the size of the town, the hotel and room are quite good. The food was excellent and courteous & helpful staff. Bathroom was clean, had complimentary toiletries and geyser for hot water. Room was simple, no kettle but comfortable with AC. Overall comfortable stay for one night in third week of August 2019
