Sterling City Centre - Bokaro

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The room was luxurious and well-maintained, earning a 5-star rating. However, the food was just average, scoring 3 stars. The location was decent.

It was a very nice experience , welcoming gesture , by Noori ..thank you ..it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, displaying genuine warmth and professionalism. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk team was incredibly accommodating, making us feel welcome right away.||The room was immaculate, with thoughtful amenities and attention to detail that truly enhanced our stay. Housekeeping consistently maintained high standards, and the comfort of the bed made it hard to leave the room!||Dining at the hotel was a delight. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations that suited our preferences.

The property was amazing, the staff was very helpful and literally the sweetest. An amazing experience. The food is very tasty and is served aesthetically. The interior is done beautifully. If you're in bokaro do book this one. Must recommended

I have been a regular guest with Morpho, and I have always had a pleasant experience in the past. However, during my most recent booking on [18-03-25], I had an unfortunate encounter with one of your staff members, Mr. Rajive Jah. Mr. Jah's behavior was extremely unprofessional and, to be honest, quite rude. As a customer, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, which is not the kind of experience I expect from a hotel that prides itself on customer service. I was truly disappointed with how I was treated. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that corrective measures can be taken. I have always had a great experience with Morpho, and I would appreciate it if you could ensure that all staff members uphold the high standards of professionalism and respect that guests deserve. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you will take to address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The rooms, location and food everything is really wonderful. Was doubtful if I would get good vegetarian food in a tier2/3 city but Sterling clearly surpasses my expectations. The hospitality is beyond words. Would recommend to stay and specially have dinner buffet if in Bokaro!

This is the best hotel of the city with decent amenities, spacious rooms.|Hotel is very welcoming and helped us with smooth checkin for us at 2:30am.|Ofcourse I won't compare this to a "big city" based 5stars. It does check all the boxes of what is needed. Courteous staff.|Buffet spread at the breakfast is great however I'd suggest to invest a little more beyond "bread toast or doughnut or croissants".

The staff crew were really accomodating with good behaviour. I like how they treated the guests with utmost respect. There is still scope for improvement in the way things are managed as it can be handled in more professional manner. Thank you

The food at the restaurant is one of the best Indian food that one can have. Kudos to Chef Ranjit and Mr Rajesh, I make it a point to visit this place whenever we are in Bokaro.|Highly recommended, keep up the good work. I will definitely be coming back.
