The area is good, not closely packed in a crowded area. Some open areas are also there for walking. Rooms are good, spacious, with chairs and tables and windows equipped with mosquito nets. TV with a dish network, I guess Tata play. Bathrooms are clean spacious, and a centralized geyser is installed. Food can be served in the room. Or there is a restaurant as well. Events can be arranged, there is a large ground with a stage as well. Dinner party, Marriage, Birthday, etc

Best place to stay if you're in Bokaro for a short visit. Rooms are kept well, room service is good. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious meals. Located very close to bus stand, railway, ATM and mall. Has a banquet hall and backyard for big events.

Location is fine. Staffs are well behaved and cooperative. Restaurant are well managed. Foods are tasty and delicious.

Service quality, staff behaviour very very very worst Food quality is good, but plates washing area and hygiene point very very worst You won't get hot water enough for a bath, they will provide just half a bucket (10 to 12 litres) of hot water. They won't provide dental kit daily. Simply don't waste money because of brand " Hilton" ita nothing here. Better stay anywhere else

I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered tea for my family and a few guests, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I called room service only to be informed that there was no record of my order. The staff member took my order again, but another 45 minutes passed without any update.Feeling frustrated, I went to the reception to inquire about the delay. To my shock, I learned that the hotel was out of milk and had sent someone to fetch it. After two hours of waiting, the tea finally arrived, but by that time, I refused to accept it due to the poor service and lack of communication.

Third Class room. AC was not working. After complain no one came for repairing the AC. Food quality is not so good. Door was locked from outside. Staffs were not efficient. Service was worst. Overall it is thrid class hotel. These difficulties were only faced by me only, most of the guests were faced these difficulties. Never recommend to stay anyone in this hotel. I repeat please don't stay in this hotel. TOO BAD EXPERIENCE

The executive and deluxe rooms are all the same. Side rooms with practically no view. All you see is a huge garage with dirt all around. The rooms have small windows and are mostly dingy with very less sunlight. At a similar, single occupancy rate, the offering could have been better. The breakfast buffet is very basic. The presentation and options are limited. The staffs are really helpful and make an extra effort to help guests. The property is good and spacious, perfect for marriages and birthday parties.

It was one of the official trip to Bokaro Steel plant. And this hotel is near to Bokaro Steel plant admin building. Hotel is good, near to main road and also near to office area. Rooms are clean with the basic need. And the best part, they were taking care of plastic waste. This hotel is also having the banquet. And one restaurant named ginger, where they serve morning complimentary breakfast. As per teir 2 city, breakfast was okay with limited items in buffet, which was well sufficient.
