Hotel HillTop

The only thing good about the hotel is it's location. There is nothing else which can be said good about the hotel. Despite being on first and second floor, there is no lift facility available. The rooms (which I booked) had good size but lacked maintenance. Damaged walls, bed sheets with holes, dirty linen, dirty rooms, no toiletry kit, no slippers - name a problem and this hotel has it. I have added a few images to show what I am talking about . The bathroom lacks handwash, shampoo or bodywash. The botels are there, but empty. Even when the staff sees it, they don't fill it. The TV remotes are not working properly. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking facilities. Community parking is used.

The location of hotel is very good. It's near to the bus stand and approx 7km from rail station. Average room ambience and service but fod is very good from their oun restaurant "Ginger". It has nice sweet shop at the ground floor of the hotel. It's an average experience at the location.

the location is very good. the hotel is good and value for money. but the hygiene and rooms must be improved and room service is average. You din't get bed tea till 7.30 or 8 am. no lift facility. frequent power cuts and then AC does not work on generator. The hotel is located at a prime location in Sector 4 City Center and has restaurants, banks, shopping malls, theaters, coaching institutes etc. in vicinity. It is ideal for staying there and arranging functions like marriage, birthday, anniversary. The hotel is also used for business meeting, training programs. Well connected to all parts of the city and to the bus and railway station.

If you are looking for good hotel in budget segment it's a good choice.. rooms are starting @1000, generally service is an issue with budget hotels but here you beel get good service. Employees are friendly.

Room is average, service is very bad. Comb and Chappal are not there. Food is costly in restaurant, better to avoid. Cost they have adjusted as I have not taken breakfast which is a good thing. Gross thing is that their room service staffs are not polite.
