Hotel room is ok not bad but food is worrest

Even when the rooms were available the staffs said it wasn't.. Totally pathetic

The food was very good, the behavior of the staff there was very good and the hotel was also very good

We stayed at your hotel on August 24, 2024, and were disappointed with the behavior of the reception staff. We were told that if we wanted to check out in the morning, we had to inform them the night before. This was quite inconvenient.

This is a pathetic hotel . Services are 3rd grade . Stinking bathrooms. Non functional lift making everyone discomfort to climb stairs..and wait, you order for a tea , it will take 1hr min to come after giving several reminders. If you are in a winter then pray the geyser God here ....only for mild hot water .

I am staying blue diamond hotel last wk.just awesome service staff behaviour good.. neat & clean hotel.bathroom with gizer & dryer & every room has fridge ac almirah tv.balcony view Lovely experience...

Good hotel for better feeling.
