Late for orders. Frequent reminders for tissue and bottle of water (provided only 1 tissue holder for 9 people and 1 bottle of water). Orders should have been brought at intervals but we had to call out for individual orders .Caterers at restaurant should be active listeners and hear out customers for their orders.

I had organised a party of 16 people in the restaurant, service was very pathetic, only one waiter was attending and also he was very untrained and unprofessional. even after complaining the manager, service remain same and told us "Hamlog kya kar sakte hai". Spoiled our party... not recommended for large gathering.

One of the worst nightmare experience I have ever received in my life . Pathetic service and food quality is just like 3rd class hotel. In my opinion you must and check other restaurants like rainbow

Nice just please add more kinds of mocktails to the menu because every restaurant has the same mocktails .

The Best Hotel in this Industrial Small Township Bokaro Steel City. Beautiful Location. Food and Beverage beats large brands, keep it up. Very good service by Staff especially Miss Punam and a few others. Mine is a Long Stay so feedback is Honest.

Quality of Nan,alu dam kashmir was much below standard as expected

It is a nice place, with clean and well decorated ambience with good parking space.

The google Location is wrong; leads to a middle of jungle with no roads. For correct location please use Hans Palace or now known as Sterling Hotel.
