SPOT ON 43010 Hotel Dreamland

We booked through oyo a room with attached bathroom for 500rs. When we reached the Place the guy Asked 1000rs telling they are not in oyo, even though we had a confirmation (email and message with oyo) at last we agreed for 700rs. The hotel Is not clean and very badly kept. Urine smell Is all over the stairs. Our Room was small and with a claustrophobic bathroom. In the bathroom THERE IS NOT SINK. We asked for hot water but they said that can't provide. Definitely a bad experience.

This is a budget hotel inside a lane opposite the entrance to the Betla National Park. Rooms and toilets are average but without geysers or intercom. Room service is pretty bad. Hot water or extra blankets are refused on demand. Simple breakfast and meals served.

A strictly OKAY hotel cum restaurant,which has average rooms mainly suited for friend's trips.Being located in a village area,the place has a lot of greenery and fresh oxygen.The hotel is very close to the jungle safari of Betla.

Very bad.. Infact worst.. I booked 2 rooms from oyo.. For 9.10.19 to 10.10.19 oyo gave us confirmation of our booking and had spot on payment.. I confirmed on oyo twice about our booking.. Still after reaching I am harrased with my family and did not get any room.. I don't know what is their tie up with oyo... Bt still I am being harrased.. If they do not take oyo bookings why they donot remove there name from oyo..???

All hotel members(Manager, Staffs) are very good, rooms are neat and clean, veg & non-veg foods are available.

Nice clean hotel to stay.night at verandah is awesome.a calm place.fresh air with fine weather.clean washrooms.Well behavior.room with TV and cooler.

Poor room planning, some rooms don't have attached bath. Behavior of stuff and manager is very rude. Poor room service and often water runs in the room from attached bath.

We have booked one room through Make My Trip for this OYO Rooms on 9.10.19 -10.10.19.But at the time of check-in they said that they do not tied up with OYO though I have confirmation message and emails against my prepaid booking.They said they are taking bookings only over d phone calls.Very harassed at that time.Receptionist also have no good behaviour.They are claiming 2500/- for one room which is totally separated from bathroom.Very worst experience with this hotel of OYO Rooms and Make My Trip also.Why they provide this type of hotel in their website which is taking bookings over offline only!!!!!!!
