MUKTADHARA NATURE RESORT - GHATSILA

Had a pleasant stay over there. Travelled by car. You can park your car at any place. No problem with parking. We stayed for 2 nights. Huge area covered by multiple ponds and hundreds of Mango trees, Coconut trees, Litchi, Jamun along with other forest trees. A big playground inside for outdoor activities. Staffs are well behaved and very cooperative. A beautiful Shiva temple inside the resort. Pathways are beautified by seasonal flowers. You can start your day with cup of milk tea served at room. Kitchen staffs are very responsive and always served warm and tasty meals. Reception staff will help in arranging car/auto for local sightseeing.

Had a pleasant stay over there. Nice room and ambience. You can feel natural beauty over there. Good staff behaviour. They are very cooperative. All the requirements you can fulfill within the resort. Only thing this.. as this is surrounded by nature.you have to go little far. People travelling by car will not face any issue.

Resort is very good. Ambience is very nice. Separate cottage is great. But have to work on the property. Cons what i felt: 1. Lack of proper signboard for resort. 2. Lack of maintenance 3. Lack of service. 4. Long waiting period for food. 5. Most of the simple recipes are even not available. 6. Lack of hospitality. 7. Even we have to tell the staff to switch on the fan on lunch time. 8. No extra food available. Even if u need a single plate of rice also, it is not available.

The resort is located quite far away from the railway station and the popular sightseeing spots. The best part of this resort is the natural beauty and the open space it offers. Staff are polite. On the negative side, there are no room cleaning services if you are staying for more than one day. No wifi or even mobile data works. No shops or restaurants available within a 3 km radius. The price of the food items offered by the resort are on a higher side.

On the way back from Patratu, ventured one night stay at this Resort in their suite room tucked at one corner of the area close to the small dam waterfall. Well, the room posted a balcony with sitting arrangements to witness the constant sound of waterfall whose areas need to be freed of garbages. The rooms was spacious but the mattress and the sofa were not in proper shape for relaxed sitting or sleeping that is expected of so-called suite room. Complimentary breakfast fare too is limited for elderly or health conscious people to eat. However, the staff at the resort were polite and helpful. The authority need to consider improving in the deficient areas.

Amazing property....a huge area having ponds, grounds, gardens and a river flowing in the backyard!! Decent rooms, fresh food and warm behavior make this resort more comfortable to spend a couple of days. There is a shiva temple inside. Some indoor activities should be added, specially for the elderly persons.

It's far from the madding crowd. Very peaceful. A river runs by the resort making the place very romantic. But there's is much scope of improvement specially in the quality of cooking. The resort has ample opportunity to upgrade it's infrastructure and services. Overall the experience is good not excellent.

I would have given them overall 3 for there food and average room quality. However I am forced to give them 1 star ,possibly even lower. We stayed here for 2 days and on 2 nd day went to Jamshedpur side sightseeing..We made it clear to Manager we would be late to return ,with things getting complicated due to sudden evening rainstorm.. When we returned around 10pm with issues in navigation due to low network coverage for Kolkata numbers,had to wait for around 30 mins with my wife and daughter,with repeated honking of car providing no benefit with security at main gate happily away with locked gates. My wife did the unthinkable of scaling over the main gate in desperation.. After waiting even more for tensed 15 mins, Security came to open the gate.he was careless and insensitive to the situation and had to be pulled out of sleep in a place far way from the Main Gate. It was a very scary situation with manager unavailable from the scene even on the following day. When subsequently I raised alarm to talk to other staff,they looked totally incapable to handle such a situation. I fail to understand how a professional resort could not even track its own guests if they have returned at night It's good location within jungle can also be it's curse as we found out to our peril. Following morning rather than even verbal apology they were only focused to get there bills paid. I would advise family person to avoid this place.. With regards to room,toilet was not spotless clean. We spent the bulk of 2 nd night without electricity,as later we were told generator was 'overloaded' Breakfast was good but repetitive.. lunch and dinner was ok but oily
