Mountain Orchard Retreat Pahalgam

Good service. Could improve on a few aspects. Heater was not working, electricity shortages which is a problem throughout Kashmir and a few other things which could be changed for the better. On the positive side, food is nice, service is good and the staff is very kind in their behaviour and look out for all your needs. Specifically, Mr Burhan is an excellent person who will help you out always, he deserves a 5/5 for his hard work and promptness.

The hotel is new, but the rooms need for care, some rooms have heating pad and some don't, and there a heater so we were lucky. Restaurant is small but the chairs are beautiful, food was average. They don't have proper parking space. At night they had given us fire camp that was really good. Overall a good place.

A great place to use as a base for Pahalgam. It is located close to the rafting point, and the views of the surrounding hills is excellent. The manager Gulam Nabi is efficient and looks after the needs of the guest. The property itself is basic and good value for money.
