Hotel Golden Heritage

Checked in into triple/Quadruple sharing room. Room is real king size with two heaters installed which is a necessity in Pahalgam. Clean & hygienic rooms & bathrooms. Dinner was excellent, mostly vegetarian & a non-vegetarian dish also present. Staff is very smiling, courteous, helpful & highly efficient. Great venue overall

My wife and I just spent 1 night at this hotel, and it was such a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredible--attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Khalid and Mr. Zahid, who greeted us with a smile every day and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. The whole team went above and beyond to make our stay special. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Srinagar. The apple tress in the garden add a special charm to it. We stayed here for a night, location is soo good with apple trees around the hotel. The food was just awesome & service too . And they have heater in the room &hot water all time. We enjoyed over stay here

We stayed here on 14th Feb 2025. I honestly felt so much peace here, the property was so clean and well designed for comfort. There are radiators inside the rooms, you won't feel cold at all. The food, the hospitality is just amazing. I must say honestly we were very skeptical since the property is situated a lil remotely but our expectations went completely upside down when we arrived. Definitely recommended without thinking twice.

I had an outstanding experience at Golden Heritage. From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The check-in process was seamless, with the front desk team demonstrating both efficiency and professionalism.Mr farooq is very nice and humble person. The room was impeccably maintained, elegantly decorated, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of Kashmiri Kehwa. The hotel's facilities were of the highest standard, and its prime location made exploring the area effortless. The staff consistently went above and beyond, offering valuable recommendations and assistance whenever needed.

Had a pleasant 2 night stay here. Staff here are really hospitable and treat you with great compassion. The highlight is, they have apple farm right in their premise. Good to visit anytime , but recommend in apple harvesting session for great view.
