Hotel Dolphin

We stayed as a family in hotel on 3rd April night on our way to Pahalgam. Rooms are quite clean and especially bathroom. We got a Super Deluxe Room with a twin sharing bed and a 3rd extra bed for our child. Dinner was quite tasty and good was fresh. Morning view from the room is good. Parking facility is there and was provided to us. Hostess is quite nice and helped us about. We liked the cleanliness and bed sheets were quite clean. Overall a great experience

We had been over there to have veg sizzler. The only restaurant to have it in ala carte at udhampur. I had good experience earlier but this time it was not that much fascinating. I brought up experience in the knowledge of management. They assured to atleast revert the cooking line up to provide their legacy experience...

The rooms are clean and decent. But they charge you for water bottle and charge you with high fees if you need cab to drive you to railway station. The staff is humble. Food is okiesh, But hotel has banquets hall with capacity of 100 -200 people. And I found owner bit annoying. As this hotel is booked from tour company and they let us checkin without getting paid from company and then asked us to pay for our stay.

A good hotel in Udhampur for a decent stay. It is located at the entrance of Udhampur city where some of the malls (Pantaloons, Vishal mega store etc) are located. Rooms are clean and neat, are maintained well. Towels toiletries kettle and coffee/team maker set is kept in the room. Study table, wardrobe, TV, fridge was available. Bathroom was clean with a shower compartment (bigger than cubicle). There are 5 types of rooms available, higher the price spacious rooms. I had taken 203 which is a triple bedded room. Call the hotel directly for a discounted price during off season. Restaurant is good with veg and no veg options. Room service is available. 1st floor has a banquet hall. At the base there is a Nescafe coffee shop with quick bites. I don't remember seeing a parking area, better check with the hotel if you are driving down here. Management and staff were very good. They helped to get auto for going around the city. Overall I had a nice stay here for 3 nights. Refer photos for more details.

We stayed here on our ride from Kargil to Delhi. We reached late at night and negotiated a good rate for a room. Based on the price didn't expect the room to be so big and comfortable and clean. The AC worked great and the bed was large and comfortable. The service was very good too. |We also had dinner here and the rara chicken was good but the chicken tikka was great. Overall highly recommended.

Not worthy... Food is not good and too costly and stuffs are not professionals ... toilets are uncomfortable

Giving 4 stars to this property specifically for their humble behaviour towards our pet by allowing us to keep our pet with us inside our room. The rooms are brand new and decent. However, be prepared for loose pockets if you book online, you will struggle to get basic amenities including drinking water, towels, and basic hygiene kit as they have an excuse that they don't provide all this if you book online or through an online travel agent.

1. Very poor service. 2. The rate are too high. 3. Pl check menu card before order. The rate of a soft drink as compared to civil grocery it's 4x. 4. If you plan for party or dinner with family please prefer other hotels. 5. Rate are truly highly. This hotel should be ban. 6. Boycott.... Boycott....Boycott
