Decent for one day stay. Staff was accommodating but room and bathroom wasn't in good shape at all. Booked offline so not a bad choice for the money paid

Incredibly clean and have AC in every room. They speak wonderful English and make amazing food! I love the feel of an intimate bed and breakfast over the recent hotel chains.

Really nice place. Rooms were maintained very well. Surrounding is also very good. Bus stand is about 0.5 km away and Railway station is about 1.6 km away

Recently I was on a family trip to Srinagar, wherein I had to stop by at Udhampur due to heavy snow fall in velley, somebody recommended me for this guest house, initially I was not sure whether it will be a gd choice, but when I stayed there I realised that I was wrong. We (Me,my wife & my Son) had a great time there, we didn't feel, that we were out somewhere, it felt like we were at our home only. My 5 yrs old son had real fun time playing with the owners of the guest house & the staff. Food served was real good. I think I wouldn't have found any gd place than this in city like Udhampur.

I was travelling by motorcycle and was just on my way to Dharamshala. Coming from Srinagar, Udhampur seemed the perfect town to rest for one day. The owners of the guest house were very welcoming and with all the home made food and good conversations I really felt homely. The boys working there were very helpfull, too. For those who drop in with a car or motorcycle I would like to mention the perfect and save parking next to the house.

I stayed at this Guest House or so called Home Stay from 10:00 AM of 2nd Dec' 2011 to 5;00 Pm of Dec 4th 2011. Imagine what was I charged? they forced me to pay for 2 and a half nights even though they had exact advance information of my schedule but they did not inform me in advance that I will have to cough out two and half night charges. ||||I was accommodation in a room on the first floor. The room, bathroom, sheets and pillows were all too dirty. The towel offered was almost black. ||More over they offer the Guest House for Marriages. There was marriage ceremony the evening I stayed there and it was terribly noisy till 11 PM. It is too disturbing. ||||Food is OK. Service too is fine as they have one staff who is promt is all services.

Bad stinky rooms and beds, zero food options, since they serve only standard Thali which is not good at all. No professionalism, kids working as staff and in kitchen. You can find a better room paying a little more, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
