Hotel Grand Hill View

We stayed a night at this hotel and we had a good and comfortable stay. The service and hospitality were good at welcoming us. The extra mattress provided was sufficient and neat. The room has a room heater since it was getting cold at night during the April month. The dinner and breakfast provided as buffet was good and tasty. Neat dinning space in ground floor. Overall the stay was good and warm with a beautiful morning view through our room.

I recently stayed at Grand Hill View Resort and had a mixed experience. The location and staff were great, but some areas need improvement. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The service was good, and they made an effort to ensure a comfortable stay. However, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and basic maintenance issues like windows and doors not closing properly made the stay inconvenient. The food was average--nothing exceptional but decent. If they improve cleanliness and fix maintenance issues, this resort could offer a much better experience. There is no lift here.

The hotel has some positives -- the rooms are spacious and well maintained, which made the stay relatively comfortable in terms of space and cleanliness. However, the overall experience was let down by the behavior of the manager, who was rude and lacked basic courtesy. Customer service was disappointing, and the food quality was well below expectations. A decent property, but the attitude of the staff and poor food service make it hard to recommend.

The staffs were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located such that the snow-clad hills can be viewed from the comfort pf our rooms. Has all the amenities to keep the rooms warm and cozy. The night stay here was one of the highlights pf our trip to Kashmir.

Food was good and rooms were good with bed heater but the beds and rooms were not cleaned properly, the bedsheets and the room was full of hair. Already being tired we had to dust everything. Food was served late, we had to wait 45 mins from the said timing. We only carried all our bags while returning but they demand for tips without any service provided.

The property is well situated beside the main road. The infrastructure is pretty new, well maintained and spacious. You can expect warm hospitality, clean and well heated(during peak winters) rooms alongside a maintained bathroom. You also get an in-house dining facility and a lawn which you can make use of mainly when there's no snow.

The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were well maintained. The complimentary food provided was also really delicious. I would highly recommend for any couples, family and friend groups to stay here and experience this first hand!
