StayVista at Suroor in Gulmarg | 3 BHK Luxury Holiday Home with Central Heating

We had a great time at this property, the food was delicious. The caretaker and chef really took care of us and were always responsive. We were a family with kids and senior citizens , we did not face any issues. The place is simply beautiful and has many common areas for family to hang out together. Its close to market and drung waterfall.

A very beautiful place perfect for relaxing with amazing views and river nearby. Food service was also amazing and the caretakers at the villa were very understanding and catered to our every need. Overall enjoyed the stay. Greatly recommend

Overall experience was very good. Loved the ambience and the interior. The heating system is excellent. Kitchen hours are very strict, even when we didn't wanted to have breakfast before 11 am we still had because of the strict rules. That was the only minus point of the place.

Had a couple of days stay at stayvista , we were 7 friends and had checked in around 3pm. We were greeted at the gate itself by the team led by Aabid, he had been in touch before we had reached on the timing etc. It's a beautifully build property, the owners have a great taste, looks like they have travelled the world, so they have put together a place which is both traditional and modern. More modern than traditional I would say. But extremely cosy and beautiful. Cost because water pipes have been put in the flooring to keep it warm in winters and the main hall on the ground floor has a traditional wood fired heater too (apart from the got and cold AC). Room are also great, with heated beds and floors too. One room on ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor, but no balcony because of the design. The exterior has a lot of space to play or to do bonfire. Enough space for parking, if you are traveling with own vehicle. Aabid and team took good care of us but the fact that the kitchen is build separately and it becomes an issue when they have to serve so many people together. So maybe they will have to find a way or keep 1 more person in the kitchen to help. Vegetarian food was amazing but no so much the non vegetarian. So after the 1st night we decided to keep it veg and we were a happy lot. Aabid told us that he has seen panthers in the area in the night so maybe that is something to be checked/informed in advance so that people can take appropriate precautions at night in winters. The minuses were the power situation, and the fact that we had to call the staff every time to start the generator (which also was an issue as probably it was under capacity). Stayvista provided toiletries were not good quality so better to carry your own. Also they don't provide shaving kits. All in all a great place to stay, and I am sure these small issues will be resolved as it's a new property

I recently Visited Kashmir with family and stayed at this beautiful villa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, attending to our needs with warmth and genuine hospitality. Overall, this villa in Kashmir is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of the region, complemented by outstanding food and service. Highly recommended!

One of the best stays we have been to and definitely the best In Tangmarg. Great hospitality, Homely Food, Beautiful property, Cebtralized heating. Everything about this property is just perfect.

Excellent location, outstanding service quality and very spacious nicely organized villa. We were an extended family of 10 members (2 Kids) and had a really good time in every way possible. The chef made great food, Abid, the care taker goes out of the way to help meet the guest needs (we are a demanding family to say the least). If we get an opportunity to visit Gulmarg again will definitely stay here, strongly recommended. The walk to a small river stream from the house is a must do, I went there twice during our 1.5 day stay!
