WelcomHeritage Grand, Srinagar

We spent two days at the Welcome Heritage Grand with our family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Srinagar Airport, making it an ideal stop for the final leg of our Kashmir trip. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all essential amenities. The staff were incredibly supportive and attentive--especially Ms. Bilkees, who managed the restaurant with exceptional care and warmth. Her kind and thoughtful nature truly reflected the renowned Kashmiri hospitality. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with a genuinely kind and helpful team.

This hotel is about 2-3 years old. We had booked two rooms for 7 nights. The standard size rooms were well furnished and equipped with various essential amenities. The mid size lobby is decorated in traditional local furnishings and it is welcoming as well as refreshing to the eyes. The staff members were very courteous and promptly available to attend to our requests. The hotel restaurant was the highlight of our stay. The team members were most courteous, polite and served with grace (though they were fasting during the holy month of Ramzan). They diligently met with my allergies related dietery requirements. Amazingly the restaurant served a diverse array of local and continental dishes with ease and almost to the individual perfection. I would like to acknowledge the service and hospitality extended to us especially by Ovais Khan, Khushboo, Jasira, Minoo Jan, Firdosha, and Sumair of the restaurant. Riza Rooh Allah at the front desk was outstanding host.

Impeccable hospitality, Good fresh breakfast and dinner. Location is perfect. Stayed with family from 3rd April to 6th April and inspite of peak tourist season a smooth check in by Roohullah and Yasmeen. Our special Thank you to Bilqees, Jasira, Meenu , Iliyaas and all the staff. Loved our namkeen kashmiri chai...just wowwww. Its a perfect family getaway hotel. Looking forward to another visit

This Hotel Is So Good. The Pillow and the mattress of this rooms are fabulous. Cleanliness of this hotel is on point and up to the mark. Interior of this hotel feels like entering in to the royal palace. All the staffs are so welcoming. Staying at this Hotel Feels So pleasant. The place is so peaceful.

Proximity to Srinagar Airport makes it very comfortable after travelling.. We stayed for 3 nights and overall hospitality was great. Entire FnB staff was served us with love n affection. ||Rooms are spacious with quality Linen. ||Looking forward to come again here .

Very comfortable stay with friendly staff who helped us plan our itinerary and transport. The food was delicious, and the kitchen staff was quick and responsive. Rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Room service also did a great job at keeping the bathrooms stocked

Our stay here was really great.. Location, food and staff and service top notch. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all coming to Shrinagar. I have stayed in multiple 5 and 7 star hotels and can confidently say that this hotel meets the bar in every possible sense. Being itc, the food quality is superb. I ordered chicken spaghetti which was too good. The breakfast chole bhature was really good as well. The staff is very well trained and take care of all your needs. They are super helpful without you asking for it. This is really different from all the other properties i stayed in Kashmir where staff often indulge in unnecessary small talk just for the sake of review. Lastly, the location is super close to the airport (10 minutes). Plus it is next to some amazing cafes and bakery. The moonlight bakery famous for its fudge is at a walking distance.
