The Shamas Residency

To be honest it does feel like a 5 star hotel to me. A new building, rooms were clean and neat as well as the toilet. Breakfast and dinner were so tasty. All my friends enjoyed as well. We had a good 3 days stay. Thank shamas and all the staffs ( reception and restaurant ) love from Malaysia

It was a great experience, rooms are clean with 24x7 hot water and AC with heater facility available. This made us stay super comfortable. Room service is very active, polite and easy to reach. I must mention Mr. Ishfaq from reception who helped us get the medicine early morning when me n wife were having extreme stomach pain due to outside food which didn't suit us. Can't thank him enough:) Taste and quality of food is very good.

We stayed for 4 days in luxury room with mountain view. Our stay was super good. The rooms were pretty clean The location is great we have supermarket just below the hotel. The hotel staff is extremely professional , courteous and helping. The food is also great. Definitely recommended to everyone. The hospitality is great. This hotel will definitely grow due to it's staff.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had great facilities, making it a very comfortable experience. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well.
