I recently had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback, especially regarding the outstanding service provided by your staff. In particular, Lateef went above and beyond to make my experience truly memorable. From the moment we were seated, Lateef's warm and attentive demeanor set the tone for a wonderful meal. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations, ensuring that we had a delightful dining experience. His professionalism, paired with his genuine friendliness, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. The service from Lateef and the rest of the team was impeccable, and it was evident that everyone worked with a high level of care and attention. The atmosphere at the restaurant was fantastic, and the staff, especially Lateef, played a significant role in creating such a welcoming environment. We had another absolutely wonderful stay at the Orchard. We had stayed for a few nights last year and loved it, so we returned this time for two weeks because it was that good! The resort is so well cared for with beautiful gardens, walking paths, very clean rooms, excellent food and friendly/polite staff. The views of the mountains are also spectacular. We especially appreciate Latiff and team in the dining room as he made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Also, Farooq and team in housekeeping were the best at keeping our cottage spotless and supplied. Kudos to the owner as this is an exceptional property and we look forward to returning again soon.

Wonderful stay!||We recently stayed at Orchard Retreat, Srinagar, and had a fantastic experience.||The hospitality here is truly top-notch and made our trip even more memorable.||A special mention for Tanbir, our cab driver - he was extremely friendly, helpful, and always offered genuine advice about places to visit and things to do. His warm nature and local insights really made exploring Srinagar, Sonmarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam, easy and enjoyable. He was so friendly with my son and connected amazingly well with him. ||The restaurant team also deserves huge appreciation - Parveez, Lateef, Javeed, Akhter, Rahil, and Bilal went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They were always courteous, attentive, and especially wonderful with our little toddler. They even customized meals for us, ensuring quick service without compromising on quality. We had a wonderful stay at the Orchard Resort in Srinagar. The rooms, food, and services were excellent and lived up to our expectations, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special mention to Mr. Latif, who was extremely courteous and helpful in the dining hall, ensured we had a pleasant dining experience. While the resort is located a little away from the city, the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings, breathtaking views, and thoughtfully designed arrangements. The tranquility and natural beauty made it a perfect holiday spot. I can only imagine how stunning the resort must look during the blooming season, with apple, peach, and walnut trees in full glory, adding to its charm. It's a place I would love to visit again!

Excellent property. Great land scraping. Rooms very spacious and toilet fitted with quality fittings. AC and heater Wi-Fi functional. ||Good equipment in outdoor recreation area and also indoor games. ||Good food spread. Tasty veg and non veg dishes. ||Courteous and very helpful staff. ||Reasonable cost

This is one of the best trips of my life. I went with my family and stayed in Orchard resort and retreat in Srinagar. The reason why we had such a smooth trip was Tanveer ( Tanveer Bashir) . He picked us up from the airport and the first interaction with him was very comforting. He has such a nice soul and warm heart filled with amazing humor and caring nature. He took our whole responsibility to take us to Pahalgam and then again coming back to Srinagar. He also arranged other cars that we needed to go to specific spots like Aru valley, Betab Valley and Chandanwari ( where we need specific cars only to travel) . The BEST part of this trip was going to Sinthan top ( which was Tanveer's idea primarily) and we never regretted. This place is highly recommended to get fresh snow ( specially in April and may ) . All over we had a very nice trip and thanks to Tanveer for his constant guidance and care towards us .
