The Iceland Hotel Srinagar

I had an exceptional stay at Iceland Hotel in Srinagar. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered incredible comfort at very affordable prices. The highlight of my experience was the food--their in-house restaurant served delicious meals that truly enhanced my stay. Heating and hot water were never an issue, even during cold weather, thanks to their reliable power backup. The staff's behavior was another big plus--they were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the experience even better. I would especially like to commend the team for the top-notch service they provided. They exceeded my expectations, and I would happily rate them higher for their excellent hospitality. If you're looking for a cozy, well-managed hotel in Srinagar, Iceland Hotel is a fantastic choice!

It was a wonderful experience of staying at Hotel Iceland. We had our stay for 3 days. Food served by them was delicious. I would like to express special thanks to Mr.Shabbir Ahmed(Manager) for being a wonderful host! He is truly intellectual and has got wonderful skills suitable for the business! His service was truly commendable. Overall I will give 5/5 Star for the hotel n its staff!

Every time I come to Kashmir I will stay here. The service is superb.All the staffs are so kind. The food served is mouth watering. I hundred percent recommend every body who is searching for hotel in srinagar should come and stay here. And I will always choose to stay here in the future..

Best place to stay in Srinagar The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Hotel is decent. And good location. Service also very good. Need to improve veg food quality and also bit in rooms. Hotel front garden area is very good.

We booked Hotel Iceland for 5 nights and it was really amazing experience. It was a family suite with all necessary amenities with no complaints. Hotel staff was very professional and co-operative. They used to fix our concerns in very short span of time. Would like to specially mention about Manager - Shabbir Bhai for making this hotel a home away from home for us. Food was so so amazing. Didn't felt like we were eating in a hotel. Big thanks to Zakir bhai and cooks for handling kitchen activities so efficiently. Last but not the least, Bahadur bhai was pillar of this hotel and used to help us in all our needs. Overall, great hotel with great facilities.

I stayed here on april 2024. Didn't like the hygeine. Blankets provided were very dirty without any cover and was smelling bad, we got itching. Bathrooms were not working. Took charge of Ac but it was just a showpiece . Complimentary breakfast was pathetic. Do not recommend at all. I spend huge amount of money there.Not worth at all.
