I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The property features a lovely lawn at the front and every room is neat and clean. The washroom is very hygienic, and there's plenty of parking space that can easily fit four SUVs. Most importantly, the host, Mr. Faizal, is incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

My Flight got cancelled due to heavy snowfall. I was stuck at Srinagar without network, somehow managed to book this place late at night. The owner was really helpful he arranged a vehicle and even came to check for my wellbeing. Location: It's close to the Airport and the locality is nice. The property is new, with a big garden in the front. Great for family vacations, no one would disturb. You also get a common living area. Room: Rooms & washroom was clean. You get a double bed, almirah, TV, Room heater, Heat control mattress, clean n comfy blankets, and all other amenities. The caretaker is available for any assistance.

As a hardcore traveler who has explored countless places, there are very few stays that have truly captured my heart. If I were to rank them, this stay would undoubtedly top the list. This was my first visit to Kashmir, and I was a bit nervous about the bookings, as I had heard of scams happening in Srinagar related to accommodations. I first found this place on Airbnb and reached out to Fazl. After discussing everything with him, I decided to book, though I was still a little hesitant about whether everything would be as promised. However, once I arrived and met Fazl, seeing the place with my own eyes left me completely overwhelmed. The warm welcome and hospitality they extended to us were truly heartwarming. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. Each room had a heater, which was a big plus for someone like me coming from the south. There was also a beautiful open garden perfect for bonfires. The stay is located in a well-developed area of Srinagar, surrounded by luxury villas, making it an ideal spot to relax. Plus, it's very close to the airport. If you're staying here, definitely try the food prepared by their cook -- you'll absolutely love it! I'm leaving with thousands of wonderful memories, already planning my return If you get the chance, don't miss out on this gem!
