I had a wonderful three-night stay at Regenta Central Srinagar! The hospitality was top-notch, and the breakfast and dinner buffets, though compact, were delightful and satisfying. A special mention to the housekeeping manager, Mr. Umar, whose kindness truly stood out. He brought me medicine when I needed it and even accompanied me on a late-night walk along the Jhelum River to make sure I felt safe. Such exceptional care and attention made my stay truly memorable. This hotel is located in main area, near to airport. Conveyance is very easy. Near to hotel, for any emergency we can find medical store and general store also available. Its near to Lal chowk and Lakadika pool also. Hospitality is very nice and staff are very cooperative and friendly. We can choose this hotel undoubtedly. I have visited srinagar twice and stayed at Regenta Central and every time the experience has been amazing from the managers to the housekeeping staff and event the restaurant staff all of them are very welcoming, humble The food served here is too good. The hospitality is top notch. Thank you so much to the full team

Decent hotel not worth the price.. Location is odd.. Rooms are good.. Food options at the buffet is very limited and not tat tasty.. Even the staff at the restaurant is so serious tat we dint feel like eating or asking anything. No hospitality at all.. Even the wash room besides restaurant dint had tissue paper for all 3days i stayed there.. None bothered to fill the tissues.. Every place they try to cut cost.. Don't know why they cal themselves 4star.. Please work on ur staff at restaurant and food options for the price ur charging.
