We had an incredible stay at Palla's Inn in Srinagar! From the very beginning, the owner, Mr. Mansoor, impressed us with his kindness and professionalism. He was attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. We were a group of 20 people, including children, and Mr. Mansoor customized a package that perfectly suited our requirements. He arranged a seamless stay for us in both Pahalgam and Srinagar, ensuring we experienced the best of what Kashmir has to offer. We visited the breathtaking Sonamarg and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Although we couldn't visit Gulmarg due to rain, Mr. Mansoor quickly suggested an alternative, which turned out to be an equally delightful experience. The arrangements were smooth, and everything was well-organized, making our group trip stress-free and enjoyable. Mr. Mansoor's hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. It was a very bad experience staying here, hotel owner was really rude. The service and the food provided was pathetic. They served only bread and jam for breakfast. Dinner was supposed to be a buffet but never felt like one. Other guests had the same complain.

Stayed there on compulsion as it was booked by my travel agent . The food was absolutely below average. The location was very interior & uncomfortable.

From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff, who made me feel welcome and cared for. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. What really stood out were the excellent room heaters and heated blankets, which made the stay extra cozy--perfect for those chilly weather. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area or simply relax. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pallas In and Suites and will definitely return next time I'm in town. If you're looking for a place with great service, comfort, and value, this hotel is a top choice!

This was my best trip and my experience was nice because of Manjoor bhai he was very friendly like a family to us he took all the responsibilities of our full trip like travelling, pickup and drop from Airport, breakfast,dinner,shopping,shikara ride,rooms in pahalgham so we would like to Thanks a lot Manjoor bhai & other's who took proper care of everything we would like to visit again and request others do visit Palla's Inn & Suites (Manjoor bhai) and enjoy your tip Adventure

During my recent travel experience, I encountered a hotel stay that did not meet expectations and was disappointing overall.

This is home stay cum hotel. Service is very poor, waiters are not co-operating, the owner is always busy managing other guests,resulting in poor management of guests and poor services. Although the owner tries his best to provide good services but lack of staff makes it difficult for him to provide good services. It is also located 8 kms approx. from Dal lake. Food is provided here but it's not very tasty.
