Nishat Lake view resorts

Pathetic Service, Owner self Breakdown the Main Light Switch (MCP). No word to say that how bad experience we feel there as I'm visiting with my family having two kids.

Best lake view property with friendly staff and owner went there in Feb with friends and it was awesome stay recommended

I spent one Night in this resort in the month of JULY. I was with two of my friends and we booked 1 room for three of us. We got a Double Bed and an extra mattress in the room.The room was clean and the Bathroom was also well maintained but because there was no AC and only a small fan the room became a bit hot in the evening around 3-4PM when the Sun was shining right in front of us. The view from our room was of the Dal Lake and the mountain ranges in front of us. This is not exactly close to lake as the Main entrance is exactly on the road but the property as a garden like area in from of it which makes the main building a bit far but still there is no obstruction between you and the lake view if you get the perfect room. The staff was friendly and very quiet. They never bothered us and did not disturbed us even a little. They were really helpful.

Very very poor service and no privacy in hotel disgusting staff.... No electricity no hot water no food no service Please avoid this hotel

Pathetic!!!! Pathetic!!!! Not a resort but a homestay. No privacy. (Owner walks in to the room any time) Even basic facilities, like water was not available. Loud speaker starts at 4 AM to disturb your sleep. And trust me it's very very loud. Save yourself!!

Very much bad experience...Owner is very rude.Don't have manner to behave..Don't have politeness while talking,Neither have humanity.. First day they will treat like,they are very humble..They will ask not to switch on the light,fan..It will cost a great expenses for them..I had booked the room with Breakfast,but after reaching there their wordings all were changed...Near to that a mosque there..from where you can hear a loudspeaker voice of their prayer since 4.00a.m to 5.30 am.. If you don't want to spoil your vacation,then don't stay there

Worst experience It's not a resort .... It's a homestay. Sleepless nights because of loud speaker beside the property which start from 4.20 am till 5:30 Am. No privacy- owner will come to room at any time and even in our absence. No room service No food service - get to food from outside Constant power cut Rude owner Mr Pharan and his mother- not welcoming behaviour If u don't want to ruin your trip DONT go to this property.

Deceiver... don't go online for this irresponsinle resort management! Thay are taking conformed bookings from online.. But while coming to chick in... they refused to give stay in this.... When showing conformed booking mail of online they are not taking any responsibility regarding cancellation of our booking...! Rude behavior... is showing when asking about why they are taking online booking...
