Nigeen Residency Resort

**Horrible Experience at Nigeen Residency - Never Again!** I had the worst experience staying at **Nigeen Residency**. First of all, the **manager's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional**. They have no sense of customer service and treat guests very poorly. The **food was terrible**, completely tasteless and unhygienic. On top of that, they **charged extra hidden charges**, which were never mentioned during the booking. They are simply looting customers with unnecessary fees. The **location is also pathetic**, situated in a very **narrow and congested area**. You have to **walk almost 1 km** to reach the property as vehicles can't go there. It was very inconvenient, especially with luggage. I would **never recommend this place to anyone**. It's a complete **waste of money and time**. Stay away if you want a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We stayed in this resort for one day, at the begining we feel the hotel is good.But later found that no hygiene is there. We got food poisoned. If the hygiene is there it will be a good hotel for stay. and one more thing they will your review in first, don't give the same, it will mislead the tourists, till your purpose is over pls give the genuine review. After my experience I am writing this review.

Our stay was for 3nights with our family and children. The lake view,all wooden rooms,owner Mr.shah are amazing.clean and beautiful rooms,food is very tasty hygienic b super tasty. We recommend every one to visit this resort.

Very affordable price ...staffs of the hotel are very helpful and the best part of hotel is their food . Thanks to make our journey best and. Memorable .... Lots of love from Jharkhand

We stayed for 5nights in January 2025 We wr a group of 20 people. Owner is very down to earth person,he is readily available to help and plan our tour. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food served to us in Breakfast and Dinner was so delicious,fresh and tasty. We had a Memorable stay at the Resort. Rooms,Reception, view of Nageen Lake are all to notch. We recommend this place to everyone. .

Clean and Rooms are such amazing service is also good Nice and humble staff great kasmiri food One should definitely visit to stay in this resort and last but not the least this is an place of indira gandhi were used to stay after it was converted into resort ,

Great Resort to stay in Kashmir. Food is delicious, home made feel both non veg and veg. The ambience is great. Service is excellent. They have outside dining as well for breakfast to enjoy the lake view. The lighting decoration of the hotel is superb and they provide all amenities for the stay. The manager was very friendly and jolly. I will give 5/5 star for the food.

This place feels no different than home ,, the people are amazing and kind and very down to earth never felt so welcome ,, hope to come here soon !!
