It was a good experience to be here around beautiful people. Whole staff is pretty hospitable. I loved the way they serve. Each member of your team demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. Ms. Laiba went above and beyond to cater to my needs, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. It was clear that your staff genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my stay at Namrose.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to the incredible service provided by Laiba, the restaurant manager. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of during our fast. Her professionalism, warm personality, and attention to detail truly stood out. Laiba went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her dedication to creating a pleasant dining experience did not go unnoticed, and it made a huge difference in my visit. Laiba is a true asset to the Namrose, and I'll definitely be coming back--largely because of the wonderful service she provided. Highly recommended.

The staff at reception is good, the location is wonderful just 1.5 km from Dal Lake ghat number one, room and washroom are clean. Number 9 responds fast. Wifi is good and easy. Breakfast is average. Coffee was good. They packed our morning breakfast as we needed to check out early. Overall i am glad my agent booked us here. Cheers!

Namrose hotel is a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Shahid provided excellent room service which made our stay even better. The food was tasty and had a good variety in the buffet. The hotel is located very close to DAL LAKE and other tourist places, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay at Namrose and would definitely come back again

Ms Laiba and nasir Hussain and overall staff was so good and the cleaning of the hotel was so good. The overall food,cleaning and the staff made us feel so happy and loving. If you could have added some South Indian food it would be more better. Our whole family was so satisfied. Thank you

I had a few interactions with the staff in namrose all are cordial nature. Hospitality is good. When I had contacted room service they responded quickly and done things nice and tidy. Especially suhail and naveed from the housekeeping were very enthusiastic in looking after the guests. Establishment should upgrade their showers to include a hand faucet.

We were a family of 9 and stayed at Namrose for 2 days. We had a very pleasant stay. Right from the reception to Housekeeping and the restaurant staff, everyone were friendly and courteous. Special mention to Nasser Hussain, Noor Muhammed and Laiba for their exceptional service. Thanks to everyone for making our stay memorable and pleasant. Definitely recommend to stay at the Namrose!!

One of the best kasmiri veg food i have had. The rooms are huge and the location is extremely central. The staff was extremely polite and accomodating. ||It is an ideal location if you will be travelling and touring all day. Good meals at start and end of the day helps in great outings.
