Worst ever hotel i ever experienced , i went trip with my whole family to srinagar & i made booking here 2 months before including rooms , food , car for sight seeings everything together with advance payment booked . On my checkout day , this hotel manager all of a sudden charged me 1000/- extra more for car than he mentioned earlier which he denied to accept . And especially the car driver is completely a looting person , he purposely dropped us at the sight seeing places where he has connections with the local people to get some tip/ commissions that was really annoying & spoiled our trip. He denied to drop us at the place we wanted to enjoy. On the whole completely avoid this hotel for their unacceptable service

I ordered veg momos and chicken fried rice. The momos were the worst i mean they filled the momos with potato??? Like seriously??? What kind of sense is this?? After eating one i thought I'm eating steamed samosa and too were so dry and bad in taste. Then the chicken fried rice was good but i think you guys forgot to add chicken into it. If you don't have guts to prepare good food and upto the customer satisfaction they it's better to pack your bag. Seriously our local cafe prepares 100 times better than your so called hotel and restaurant. Never ordering food again from this cafe. Unsatisfied and a big NO from my side

Very fast check in. Rooms are quite comfortable but in one room the comode is crammed with the wash basin but they changed the room. Hospitality of restaurant staff is excellent but they must add to the variety of food in package booking. Overall the hotel is very nice.
