We had a wonderful stay at Lake Avenue! The place is very nice and cozy--perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exceptionally clean, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the peaceful surroundings added to the charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing stay!

Hotel is located in front of dal lake location is very good and surrounding is quite and peaceful. Restaurant service is bit slow but provide value for money meal. Buffet option is limited for both breakfast and dinner. Rooms are good and spacious. Overall experience is good with lake avenue hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Lake Avenue By Stay Pattern and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. But what truly made our evening stand out was the outstanding service provided by Mr. Bilal and Mr. Javed. Their attentiveness, courtesy, and warm hospitality made us feel like royalty. They went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, and their friendly banter added to the warm ambiance of the restaurant. The management should be proud to have such dedicated and talented staff members. We can't wait to return and experience it all again! Highly recommended!"

The location is amazing. The host and the staff are very polite and helpful. The in-house restaurant has good food special mention for Mr. Bilal and Mr.Javed for their being proactive and kind, their hospitality truly made a difference.The rooms are clean and cozy. The ambience is very warm and welcoming.

The food and service was very good, good parking facility, location convenient as it is just beside the Dal lake, supermarket within 50 MTS. Good access to Tulip garden and Mughal gardens. Rooms are conventional and average. Thanks to Mr Althaf, Mr Javed and Mr Bilal

Pros - perfect location on main road facing dal lake, ample parking, no traffic Cons - compact room, very limited veg breakfast and needs improvement, no facility for drivers like meals/breakfast/dormitory "I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a decent experience. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel provided all the basic amenities, including WiFi in the rooms, which was a plus. However, the breakfast spread was quite limited, especially for a vegetarian option. The menu consisted of poha, medu wada, alu paratha, and dosa, which didn't change over the 3-day period. While the dosa was good, the medu wada was oily and the poha was not up to the mark. The rooms were compact but suitable for couples. Unfortunately, they wouldn't be ideal for families due to the limited space. Additionally, the in-house catering services were pricey. Overall, considering the staff's attentiveness and availability of basic amenities, I'd rate this hotel 4 stars. With some improvements in the breakfast options and room sizes, it could easily score higher.

The property resides other side of Dal lake near Nishat garden. Very nice and quiet place. You won't find much resturant options nearby. The restaurant of the property is quite expensive side. And taste can be improved.
