Worst hotel. They claim it is 4 star, its not even worth 2- star. Very shitty experience, we checked in late and the rooms and bathroom were not cleaned even when they had 7-8 hours on hand to ready the room before we checked in at 9 pm. The staff was very casual and not professional at all. The next day in the morning two staff opened the door without even knocking and kept saying we were given keys for cleaning even when we hadn't check out. Don't come here otherwise you are in for a headache and shitty experience.

Overall experience were good, Hotel staff are so supportive even we have found the location too amazing and soothing view. If anyone planning to visit srinagar then directly contact to the hotel staff. Travel agents may create mess.

The staff are very polite and helpful. It was clean and tidy place. Overall experience was good. I really enjoyed over here and the staff was also very cooperative. I really appreciate there efforts to make our stay very comfortable. I wish to come here again.

Our experience at Kashmir Holiday Resort was absolutely wonderful. From the very first moment, we were greeted with a warm welcome that made us feel right at home. The room was beautiful, with decor that reflected the essence of the region and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. On top of that, the views from our window were simply breathtaking. The real highlight was the staff. Kind, attentive, and always willing to make our stay perfect, they left no detail overlooked. Every request we made was met with a smile, and they recommended local spots that made our trip even more special. If you're planning a visit to Kashmir, this hotel is undoubtedly an excellent choice. It's the perfect combination of comfort, service, and hospitality in an unbeatable setting. We recommend it 100%!

It's a decent hotel located at outskirts of the city near to Dal lake. Service was good. 500 rs for buffet breakfast which was decent. Double bedroom with food was charged 7000rs (should be much lesser).

Excellent stay. Ahmed - the hotel manager is amazing and helped a lot to ensure the stay is comfortable. He even helped beyond (even though I didn't know much of hindi, he helped a lot with co-ordination with traffic dept to check road conditions during snow). He even helped me shift the room on the second day once we said the room was cold. Breakfast is amazing - last day they arranged a special breakfast when we had to extend our stay unplanned way! I would highly recommended for the guests!

They book rooms in the name of Lake view and charge extra amount but only top floor has Lake view out of the 4... We spent 4 nights here and for 2 days geyser was not working.. Food is average, manager is non-coopetative.

I had a nightmare stay in Kashmir Holiday resort. This place is a disaster to stay in winters as it is not insulated and room heating facilities don't function. The staff was blaming us that we were changing the AC remote settings when they themselves were out of sorts when called upon for help. After a long argument, they decided to change one of our rooms where there was no water in the washroom! Adding the cherry on the top, I found worms in the bathroom. We had booked for 2 nights stay here but we checked out after 1 night stay in this pathetic hotel. Perfect place to stay if you want freeze to your death in winters!
