I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Srinagar! The location was perfect--not too far from Dal Lake and major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with traditional Kashmiri touches. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming--they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, especially the local Kashmiri dishes. Special mention to the manager who helped arrange a guided tour and made great local recommendations. This hotel truly made my Srinagar trip memorable. Highly recommended

Hotel is really nice and rooms are extremely neat. Service of staff is very good, they are polite and helpful. Special thanks to Rameez, incharge of dining who has taken care of us during our visit. One of the best options to stay in srinagar. All the staffs were above and beyond to our service the whole 24 hrs. Room service as well as restaurant were so helpful to me as i came with two little kids. Though everyone was equally accommodating, i should specially mention Waseem, who helped us out even at midnight because our kid was sick and the hospitality of all the restaurant staffs were also appreciable.
