This resort is located at a walkable distance of approx 1 km from Nishant garden . Views from the room is not that great but outside area is quite and peaceful. Rooms are smaller in size than expected considering labelled as 4 star. Buffet breakfast was good with many options available.

Excellent on hospitality and services. I stayed there during Diwali vacation in November 24 for a week. It's an excellent place to unwind with your family, staff is courteous, food is perfect and vicinity has perfect backdrop.

Who has given this hotel 4 star rating and on what basis, not sure. This was the not more than 2 star hotel. The bedsheets were having hair, Washrooms were not clean, and on asking for towel for our baby, they started questioning. Food was average.

The resort's exterior and building were impressive, but the rooms were poorly maintained and did not reflect a 4-star standard. The bathrooms were also in bad condition, adding to the disappointment. Additionally, the absence of bed heaters affected comfort, especially in cold weather. While the outdoor areas were visually appealing, the interior experience fell short of expectations. Not recommended unless significant improvements are made in room maintenance and amenities to match the resort's upscale appearance.

Our stay at Jamal resort, Srinagar for 4 nights was amazing. The staffs are great and helpful. Food is of top quality and they have so much variety of food options in Buffet as well as A La Carte. However some improvements can be made in the rooms. Highly recommended this place.

We stayed here for a day. Looks good from the outside but the rooms are not spacious. Shower wasn't good, kept losing electricity frequently, breakfast not good, service not good either, internet sucks. Better lookout for other place to stay.

Great experience little bit far away from srinagar, rooms are clean, food quality also good

A good located hotel seems to br under renovation, behind Dal lake road though highly secure area
