Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and had a very good experience. All the basic amenities were available like heater, geyser, restaurant, RO water, room service etc. The staff were very prompt and responsive. The food was nice and prices were very reasonable. Although located at the outskirts of Srinagar near Nishat Gardens, we didn't face any major issues. There are rooms that have a Dal lake view from the balcony. Recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff behaviour and room services are quite good. Best part is superb food quality at affordable rates. We enjoyed veg dinner here. Thank you for good experience.

I had booked a room with a balcony and lake view, in Impex hill resort which was confirmed over the phone by the owner, who assured me that the room would be reserved for my stay. However, after traveling all the way from Kolkata, I arrived to find that my room had been allotted to someone else. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide the lake view room with a balcony as promised, and we were left with no choice but to stay in a ground-floor room. While the food was good and the staff were well-behaved, our stay was disappointing due to this mismanagement. I strongly recommend that anyone planning to stay here double-check their booking and ask for a confirmation with the room number to avoid such inconveniences. Hello sir this is my reply to your response: We are genuinely disappointed with our experience, particularly after reaching out to you more than 15 times to ensure that we would get the room of our choice. Despite making an advance booking, it seems our request was not taken seriously, leaving us uncertain about the arrangements. This lack of clarity and assurance led us to make alternate arrangements, including booking another car, even though we required the car for just four days. It became evident that relying on your services posed a risk we were unwilling to take, especially given the possibility of last-minute inconveniences. Fortunately, the driver we secured, Dada, turned out to be an excellent choice. He not only drove responsibly but also offered his services at a reasonable rate, which further validated our decision to look elsewhere. The only reason we decided to proceed with booking your hotel is because we specifically wanted the lake view room with the upper balcony. Without that assurance, we wouldn't have considered your property. This situation has been far from satisfactory, and I hope such issues are addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

We had stayed there one night in our kashmir trip. Their room and washroom was clean. The staffs were also very helpful. Their food is totally amazing. We loved their food. The only problem is If the power cuts the room heater doesn't work. But overall everything is perfect.

Rooms Are Good Staff Are supportive Food is pretty good but only 1 thing is tht Mr Junaid Hotel Manager is Not Coprative Even What He Done With you before Reaching hotel & after Arrival they Deny Even I HV chat we them on whatspp so be aware from That!! But overall Good Stay!!!
