We had a wonderful time in " Hotel grand retreat " with superb hospitality and amazing customer service. Bilal , Syed and Farieha were great and supportive. And other staffs deserve appreciation as well. The food was really good. Definitely a great place to stay in Sri Nagar. Loved the experience

This Hotel has seriously concerned staff providing exemplary service to every Guest. You make a call to reception & help will arrive in 2 minutes. Food quality is just awesome. Rooms are clean & spacious with good heating system. We stayed here for 2 days & never observed any power outage issues as well. Highly recommend

Our stay at The Grand Retreat hotel in Srinagar was truly exceptional marked by warm hospitality and top notch service from start to finish.Mr Bilal,the Reception Manager,ensured a seamless check in experience.The F&B team , led by Mr.Junaid & Mr Burhan,made every meal a delight with their attentiveness & friendly service. Mr,Riyan and Mr.Azhar,kept our room impecably clean and comfortable with quite efficiency.Mr Riyan was always on toes to fulfill our demands. A special mention goes to Chef Zohaib whose culinary creation added rich flavour to our entire vacation.Each member of the staff contributed to making our time at the The Grand Retreat unforgetable and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar.

We stayed here for two days during our visit to Kashmir. We were two adults and two kids. Initially, we were given a very small room, but upon request, Manager Syed helped us get another room that was slightly bigger. However, the rooms were still small for two adults and two kids. Other than that, the rooms were okay. Manager Mr. Syed was very cooperative and helpful, and the room service was also very good. Both Mr. Syed and Mr. Shahid assisted us in getting an auto/cab for our visit to a vegetarian restaurant, as we preferred eating only at vegetarian places. The breakfast options were very limited, especially for vegetarian guests, and there were no options like Chocos corn flakes for kids. Overall, it was an okay hotel. It might be suitable for two people who do not have strict vegetarian food preferences.
