Worst of the Worst hotel of srinagar...breakfast like disaster dinner no words...staff like rowdies...( words is..ye breakfast bhar ke koun khaya kya mera baap khaya) No water or water bottle provide in room, for quad sharing 1 towel..till night 10.30 no dinner what to say about teast...just want to say don't visit here if u don't want to spoil ur kashmir experience......

We stayed in this hotel for good 5 days great location good is great and service is very good The housekeeping guys cleaned the room nicely

Central location, close to all the amenities. View of whole surrounding area. |River Jhelum's silent flow and insight into the life in Kashmir. The location is Zero milestone, like the area begin from there. |Good service, clean rooms and above all the owner is a very cordial and helpful person.

I am very pleased by their service which is perfectly maintained. Environment is good, their Service quality is good and after all their behavior is very polite. I want To thank specially Mr Arbind Singh Director M/s Travelware Tours and Travel Pvt Ltd For Thire Prompt response becauce of their good mentality towards guest. I want to say about Mr Singh is very helpfull human being. I will request all of visitors to come and visit this residential hotel for enjoing better time.

I am very upset with this hotel. It's been 4/5 days since I am staying here, but till now I was told that I will get both bill with and without Gst. Neither did I get the bill nor am I being given the contact number of the owner. I had a very bad experience especially with this hotel. I request you all to go to a good hotel, the service here is very bad. On the contrary, I was charged for giving the gst bill and even after that, no bill was given to me. I'm literally very disappointed for this type of treat of the hotel owner.

I have enjoyed in this hotel so much as the staff was very humble and also room was clean and bed was soo comfortable .the breakfast was fantastic .this hotel is soo clean.i will visit again and again in this hotel whenever i go there so will give this hotel 5 star for good experience
