We were here for 5 days as a family trip, very friendly staff and excellent service. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend to all.Nice hospitality with great rooms too. The only issue was during 5 days of stay, room wasn't cleaned and linen never changed.. Apart from that all other services were excellent,

We stayed at this hotel in Srinagar and found it to be a decent choice for a three-star property. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired and could definitely be improved. The property is located inside the streets of Rajbagh. On the brighter side, the dinner was exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious and made up for the shortcomings in other areas. Special kudos to Chef Imtiaz for the amazing food. Additionally, the staff was very responsive and quick to act, which added to the overall experience. We stayed in vilasta from March 29 to April 1st we loved the hotel personally. The reception people are very friendly. I missed my charger in the room they took personal efforts to send courier. Food was exceptionally good and kids friendly

Stayed with family for 3 nights. Third week of April 2025. Staff are very rude & inhospitable. Always busy on his mobile playing games. Asked the guy at the reception for 2 continuous days to just put some grease/oil on the bathroom door which was making harsh noise when opening/closing the door. Nothing was done till we checked out after 3 nights' stay. Need to ask the reception every day please provide bath towels, soaps, complimentary water bottles. It should automatically be there once the rooms are requested for cleaning.

It was our fantastic stay at hotel The Vilasta. The room is well equipped , neat n clean and spotless. The staff is very helpful. The room service is upto the mark. The food is delicious. Highly recommend to stay here.
