Hotel The Kashmir

The hotel has a unique and antique ambience. The owner treated us with utmost Genorisity and humbleness. The staffs are also very respectful and the food here is just like home cooked. Will suggest everyone to make a stay here

It was a great experience with Hotel The Kashmir. The behaviour of the owner was awesome . I recommend to stay here. The distance of the hotel from Dal Lake is just 2 Km. It is located at Rajbagh, Srinagar.

Hospitality was very nice. They are providing taxy services at reasonable prices to roam around in Kashmir. The food was delicious that provided at the hotel. But one thing I felt difficult is the geysers are not working properly so taking bath in winter sucks.

Very bad experience, people here as overall tried to extract money from their customers. They charged overpriced for rides sight seeing which are way more expensive compared to abroad. How they are doing business is more like they are forcing customers to buy. I will never stay in this hotel, the location was too inside and I spent much more than what I've spent when i travelled abroad, my suggestion is if you want a nice holiday travel to Thailand or Dubai or Tbilisi or any other cheap places abroad rather than wasting money in this kind of place. They overcharged for everything like horse riding, sight seeing, shikara ride in dal lake. It's worth to travel abroad you will spent less and you will get a chance to experience a nice lifestyle abroad.

The host is just like an elder brother would help you till last . Food is just wow! And rooms and hygeine are top notch..hope to stay next time longer ...

The owner Aijaaz bhai is hardworking, helpful and genuine. He helped us out on all matters related to our travelling in Kashmir, making our Kashmir trip even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is good.

Amazing staff and really kind owner. Rooms are very clean and hygienic.
